My name is René Victoria Lofland. I started social media consulting in 2015.

Over time, I became more savvy about how to navigate ever-changing algorithms and new platforms. I stay current about digital and social media trends and changes, but my focus is always going to be how to help small businesses grow their presence and reach and therefore make more money via social media.

I’m an ambidextrous polyglot with a big nerdy streak. For fun, I like to cruise in my convertible in at least 70-degree weather. I enjoy dancing and listening to live music. I love to cuddle with my two adorable little doggies.

I’ve been a teacher for forever, it seems. But I’ve always had to have a side gig. Eventually I stopped working at the mall and did direct sales as my side gig.

But my passion has always been in helping people be the best they can be - whether through teaching in a school or helping people with their biz.

I have been helping people with social media and branding for a while now. In April, 2022, I completed a Digital Marketing program through NC State, so now I know even more about how to help people grow their biz. So exciting! And right away I launched Resolute Social to focus on helping small businesses be the best they can be.

I’ve been working with so many diverse clients and love it! The energy we bring out of each other is amazing! I am totally loving seeing people show up like rock stars in their social media!

And, so, I’m looking for the people looking for me. Who do you know that I should know that has a small biz but doesn't know how to maximize social media for it? That is who I’m looking for.
